What do your properties include?

Samuel Homes' properties come with extra safety measures such as on site CCTV, regularly checked smoke alarms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens, fresh linen, towels and a regular cleaner who will visit once a week, and after every stay to make sure that everything is fresh and clean for our next guests.

How long can we stay for?

As long as you like! We are happy to accommodate for as little as one night, or for as long as one year. This simply depends on your preference.

How will I check in?

The check in process couldn't be any easier, with a key safe outside the property, you are able to check in at your own time and do not have to meet anybody to collect the keys.

What if I have a question during my stay?

We are on call 24/7, to ensure that all of your needs and questions are met and dealt with in a fast and efficient manner. Feel free to give us a message or call.

What about parking?

All of Samuel Homes' properties include free private parking, keeping your experience safe and affordable.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! The standard rate is for two guests, and we offer 10% off if you are an individual. We also offer corporate discounts for long term stays. If you are staying for one month or more, we can offer 15% off from the standard nightly rate.
